I feel that the techs are not using there time wisely and taking to long in the simple jobs .Need to check on work being done and when it says State Inspection know what it means.Other than that The work is well done but not in a timely manner.

My experience has always been pretty good at Loyalty. The only thing that was upsetting to me yesterday, the technician failed to put a paper down on the floor under the drivers side, when getting in and out of the car. His shoes had black stuff on them and today I will be trying to clean that up. I have a mat there and that got most of it. There was some also getting in and out of the drivers side. I unexpectedly had to be forced into buying another vehicle fairly quickly due to an unforeseen accident 2 weeks ago that totaled my vehicle. I came in & was assisted by Benson who took the time to hear what my needs were, where I was trying to be payment wise & what features in a vehicle I was looking for. He showed me 2 vehicles prior to which were nice but didn’t feel like me. He was patient with me & didn’t get discouraged when I wasn’t completely sold on the 2 vehicles he showed me. He then took me out on the lot & asked me to show him what stood out to me that we could make work. knowing I was pressed for time & also not trying to have a huge payment coming from not having a car payment for the last 2 years, I ended up finding the vehicle that had all of the features I was looking for in a vehicle with mileage that made me feel comfortable & also came with the warranty I needed. Benson made this process so smooth & eased my stress. He gave me all possible options & made sure I was happy with my purchase. he has a great sense of humor & very knowledgeable. If you’re ever in the market for a vehicle, please ask for Benson!! you will not be disappointed!

Great sevc dept personnel . Garage svc took longer than I expected. Customers waiting area really needs remodeling same for snack. Loyalty should contrac a food truck to better serve customers and employees. I waited 2 plus hours. You have no place to buy food but junkie food machines.
