Roger Hodges took exceprional care of me. Even though I should have paid for pluggging up one of my tires due to a nail, he didn't charge me. I had a 15% coupon off $100 bill- he honored it. Knowing what I ahve been through this year since my car accident in June 2024, and being a teacher, Roger did not pressure me into paing for services I need, but is willing to wait until I can afford to take care of the issues. Roger has assured me I can pass my state inspection without these maintenance concerns.

Larry Meade was my servicer and he is great! He’s friendly, very knowledgeable and always timely! Every time I am assigned to Larry for my car service, he’s always pleasant and gets me out of the shop in decent time.

Mrs.Tina Lewis is the best Senior Sales Consultant 🤗🤗 My visit at Loyalty Nissan was an amazing experience. I had no idea I was going to get a car on the same day when I made my appointment with Mrs Tina Lewis. She ask me what I was looking for I told her. She show me a car that was on display and ask if I liked it and I told yes (once again not knowing I was going to get a car on the same day ) we test drove a car (Nissan Kicks ) she explain every detail on that car inside and out.when we was done test driving that car she ask me once again did I like it I said yes to make a long story short I drove off in a 2020 Nissan kicks. I thank god for my attorney recommending Tina Lewis. ( you are the best ) Thank you so much 😊
